Each of our plants reflects a portion of the work that went into its growth. Each plant therefore also contains a portion of our effort and love. To ensure a suitable new home for them in your garden and to ensure you enjoy our woody plants in the future, we not only sell them to you but also offer a comprehensive service package. This way, the plant will feel at home with you, just as it will contribute to your well-being.
Consultation
Most of our staff consists of trained gardeners, some of whom have been working for us for years or even decades. This has resulted in a combination of accumulated expertise and personal connection to the profession, which we are happy to offer you when selecting your plants.
We prefer a personal consultation to learn more about your ideas and current situation. This way, we can work with you to find the most suitable plants, plant combinations, and solutions for you.
The following options are available to you:
1. You visit us here at the nursery and discuss your ideas with one of our employees. You are welcome to inspect some of the plants firsthand. The chosen plants are then selected, which can then be taken away immediately or, by appointment, picked up or delivered.
If you would like to tackle larger projects, we would appreciate advance notice to avoid long waiting times.
Since we supply many gardening companies throughout Germany and Europe, we are happy to recommend professional partners in your region to help you realize your projects.
2. Are you planning to redesign the outdoor area of your business, a rental property, or your own home? Are you just missing a tree, or do you want to redecorate a corner of your garden? We can recommend competent planners and contractors to plan and implement your project, or we can even carry it out ourselves if you prefer.
3. To get a more accurate picture of the initial situation, i.e., location and accessibility, it is sometimes advisable to visit the location where the plant will be placed together. This way, mistakes in plant selection can be avoided, preparatory measures can be better planned, and potential logistical difficulties can be better assessed. In such cases, we would be happy to visit you by appointment to discuss your project with you.
Delivery and Display
Once you have selected your plants at our nursery and discussed the appropriate positioning with our staff, we offer the option of delivering the plants to your home or construction site by appointment.
Furthermore, after consultation, we will be happy to display your plants in the appropriate positions on the area that has been prepared for planting, so that you only have to plant them yourself.
Additional Services
Labelling: To ensure that you receive exactly the plant you personally selected, we offer you the option of marking the plant with your name. Our consultants have labels for this purpose, or you can simply ask for them in our office.
Photos: In special cases, e.g., we can also email you photos of specific plants to help you make your decision. This can be particularly useful for solitary plants, topiary plants, and unique specimens.
Planting: Upon request, we can also carry out the necessary planting and subsequent aftercare work associated with your plant purchase. In this context, we can also offer the delivery and installation of suitable irrigation systems.
Trailer Rental: If you would like to take your plants home yourself and your vehicle isn’t large enough, we offer the option of renting one of our open car trailers. After transport, simply return it directly to us. The rental trailers are suitable and approved for all standard passenger cars. All you need is a suitable trailer hitch.
